Job Description
Qualifications:
- Recognized diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year in call center environment (added advantage).
- Willing and able to work on shift.
- Fresh graduates without experience but eager to learn are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to incoming customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information, solutions, and support with courteous telephone etiquette.
- Record customer details and issues correctly in the system.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company with integrity at all times.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management in support of service excellence.
- Meet productivity goals (such as talk time and log‑in time) while maintaining excellent service quality.
