Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Recognized diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year in call center environment (added advantage).
  • Willing and able to work on shift.
  • Fresh graduates without experience but eager to learn are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to incoming customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and support with courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Record customer details and issues correctly in the system.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company with integrity at all times.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by management in support of service excellence.
  • Meet productivity goals (such as talk time and log‑in time) while maintaining excellent service quality.
