Customer Service & Property Management Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the entire VP ecosystem, including the strategic arrangement of key handovers, preparation of professional VP handbooks, kits, and all necessary legal/administrative forms to ensure a premium first impression.
  • Take full ownership of the handover calendar and ensure that all units are delivered to purchasers strictly according to the master schedule, avoiding delays and maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Conduct professional group or individual briefings for new homeowners, educating them on the technicalities of the VP process, defect submission workflow, and rights/responsibilities during the DLP.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for all purchaser feedback, managing sensitive queries and escalations with extreme tact, diplomacy, and a solution‑first mindset.
