Job Description
Qualifications:
- Degree in any field
- 2 - 5 years experience in sales logistics or customer service experiences
- Good knowledge in Incoterms
- Good knowledge in Letter of Credit (LC)
- Experience and knowledge in using SAP system
- Experience in indoor sales support
- Experience in shipment arrangement
- Good communication skills in English & Malay
Tasks:
- Handle the entire transaction cycles for sales (from order processing to payment collection)
- Manage order booking, stock checking, daily shipping schedules and dispatching trucks for freight pickup and issue invoices
- Assist in quotation or indoor sales inquiries in the absence of sales representative
- Coordinate with various departments to make sure delivery is on time
- Apply certificate of original for selected shipments
- Properly document/ file in SAP system
