Customer Service

Qualifications:

• Degree in any field
• 2 - 5 years experience in sales logistics or customer service experiences
• Good knowledge in Incoterms
• Good knowledge in Letter of Credit (LC)
• Experience and knowledge in using SAP system
• Experience in indoor sales support
• Experience in shipment arrangement
• Good communication skills in English & Malay

Tasks:

• Handle the entire transaction cycles for sales (from order processing to payment collection)
• Manage order booking, stock checking, daily shipping schedules and dispatching trucks for freight pickup and issue invoices
• Assist in quotation or indoor sales inquiries in the absence of sales representative
• Coordinate with various departments to make sure delivery is on time
• Apply certificate of original for selected shipments
• Properly document/ file in SAP system
