About the Role
We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a logistics-focused account. This is a customer service environment where you'll be in constant communication with multiple stakeholders involved in the logistics process (drivers, customers, internal teams, and partners).
It's not a traditional call center role — it's a dynamic operation where coordination, ownership, and clear communication matter. You will receive training to build strong logistics knowledge and grow within the field.
