Currently they are seeking to appoint an experienced phone based customer service personto their busy organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Answering calls and emails from automotive customers and suppliers
• Assessing customers needs
• Data entry
• Processing sales orders
• Track shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
• Strong computer skills are essential
