Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible in helping ensure overall satisfaction of customers across all types of services offered by MLI, per assigned area, in support of Operation and Documentation teams' daily transactions.

• Takes lead in securing transaction forecasts and client requirement on a daily or weekly basis. Assists in addressing, coordinating and resolving every client requests and concerns or issues.
• Supports in the timely preparation of billing per client as well as in documentation and reports generation requirements of the team.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business related courses
• With at least 1 year working experience in the field of third party warehousing, logistics and supply chain services as documentation and customer support.
