Responsibilities:

  • Handling/Reviewing and Sending shortfall billing for the Customers.
  • Reviewing and ensuring that detail in SF invoice is correct and aligns with a hospital bill and customer benefit.
  • Following up on all support required for the DIP system with the Claim team within 3 days.
  • Sending SF invoice through post and email.
  • Coordinating with the claiming team for all special exclusions that the hospital cover by mistake of over benefit of customer already.
  • Preparing post office register to support deliquesce shortfall case.
  • Preparing summary SF reports and sending them to the Accounting team for booking monthly.
