The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional support through phone, email, and chat. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience as a CSR or in a Logistics Coordinator role is also acceptable. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
