Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver excellent service to our subscribers and customers. The role involves handling face-to-face inquiries, processing applications and job orders, and ensuring efficient coordination between departments to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, service requests, and billing concerns.
• Process new subscription applications and ensure accurate data entry.
• Create, monitor, and update job orders for installations, repairs, or disconnections.
• Log and track customer concerns using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, SAAS Picaso).
• Coordinate with contact center, technical, and billing teams for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
