Customer Service Representative – Bilingual

Job Description

Manage patient communication and appointment scheduling for healthcare clinics in  English or Spanish language. This role serves as the first point of contact and ensures smooth patient access operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• Respond to patient messages in EHR/EMR systems
• Create and update patient charts
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Customer service or healthcare support experience preferred
• Healthcare admin or Virtual MA experience is an advantage
• Able to manage high call volumes
• EHR/EMR familiarity
• Strong documentation skills
• HIPAA training required (or willingness to complete upon hire)
