We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Support Representative with HIPAA expertise and hands-on experience managing U.S. healthcare accounts.
What You'll Do:
Handle inquiries related to billing, eligibility, claims, coverage, and benefits.
Provide technical support for healthcare systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Manage and resolve tickets using tools like Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and more.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and professional service to patients and providers.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in U.S. healthcare customer support.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling.
- Experience in handling inquiries related to billing, eligibility, claims, coverage, and benefits.
- Skilled in ticketing and CRM platforms.
