Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support and ensure a positive experience for our clients and end users.
In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and serve as a key point of contact to drive satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and/or outbound interactions via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Document interactions in CRM/internal systems
Meet performance metrics (quality, productivity, CSAT)
Follow established procedures and service guidelines
Requirements:
6+ months of experience in customer service, call center, or BPO
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
