Stramit is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of steel building products, proudly supporting builders, tradies and distributors across the country. We’re looking for customer‑centric, confident communicators to join our Customer Service Centre in Crestmead.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering a positive service experience — both over the phone and face-to-face.
Our Customer Service team works closely with multiple internal departments and truly acts as the engine room of the business, keeping communication flowing and ensuring our customers receive a seamless, end-to-end experience. This is not a sales role, but a service-driven position supporting long-term customer relationships.
