Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Bunbury branch. This role will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with InfraBuild. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience. This is a permanent opportunity to work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5 pm. 

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries via phone & email
• Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
• Preparing reports & reviewing KPI’s
• Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers
• General administration duties
