We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our voice support team in Cebu. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering excellent customer experience while working onsite during night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests accurately and within defined SLAs
Provide correct information about products, services, and company policies
Document call details and customer interactions in internal systems
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, quality scores)
