What You'll Do:
Handle inbound support for U.S. healthcare clients
Provide timely and accurate information
Process admin tasks based on client protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals
Qualifications:
1 year of BPO experience (CSR or TSR preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Willing to work U.S. business hours
Healthcare account background is a plus
