We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders and upselling, providing exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering support in a friendly and efficient manner. This position is full-time, with shifting/rotation schedules that include weekends and graveyard shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide top-notch customer service to pre- and post-sale customers via e-mail and phone. Ensure a positive customer experience for all contacts.
