We're looking for a customer service representative with BPO experience who can coordinate operations, communicate effectively with drivers and clients, and keep everything moving smoothly.
What We're Looking For
B2 English level (mandatory) – conversational and written.
Previous experience in BPO environments, especially call handling.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Barranquilla.
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls in English
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction
Follow company processes and quality standards
