About Sim Local & The Role

We are the global leader in travel SIM card and eSIM retail. Sim Local is one of the world's largest mobile connectivity providers in the travel sector with offices in Dublin and London.

We are looking for a team member to join our daily shifts covering the UK and Ireland time zones. The shifts will be initially from 8 AM and 6 PM Colombia time(Colombia, Peru, Ecuador Time).

This position involves a variable shift pattern with 5 shifts a week and 2 days off.

We require availability for working weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via

  • Handle complaints and provide resolutions.
  • Work towards departmental objectives using KPIs.
