Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (Medellín)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT

English Required: 8.0 to 9.0

Education Required: High school or above

Workday: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Live Chat Support: Answer live chat questions from real estate agents.
• Triage and Troubleshooting: Perform triage questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Escalation: Escalate issues that can't be resolved easily.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office tools (Excel), basic picture editing, and understanding CSV files.
