Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
· Handle customer enquiries by managing calls.
· Lodge new complaints.
· Educate on how to lodge complaints.
· Meet service level targets by achieving both service and productivity level KPIs.
· Ensure all task are attended within the stipulated SLA.
· Acknowledgement and creating new complaints in Complaint Portal within 1 business day.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
· Must be able to speak any one of the languages, such as Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese, Tamil.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Desire to learn.
· Future focus and constantly looking into ways to improve the current state.
Job Package:
· Operation Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Monday to Friday.
· Working Location: Cyberjaya
· Contribution to EPF, EIS and SOCSO
