Handle client queries via email, fax, and calls (inbound & outbound)
Resolve disputes and provide accurate, timely solutions
Escalate issues to relevant departments
Collaborate with teams like Arrears, Sales, Retention, and Discharges
Organize welcome calls and assist with retention & sales support
Prepare letters (e.g., dishonor notices, confirmations)
Process tasks such as:
Interest Rate Reduction
Loan Conversions
Visa Debit Card requests
Posting refunds/payments (with approval)
