About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and communicative Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join a dynamic, international support team in Greece. In this fulltime position, you will be the main point of contact for customers: youll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and clarify bookings, payments or other service questions always delivering professional, reliable support via phone and email. Youll join a multicultural team, working with empathy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction across diverse markets.
