Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for E-Commerce is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support across multiple online channels. This role ensures a smooth shopping experience by assisting customers with orders, payments, shipping, returns, and product-related concerns.



Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, social media, and phone in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications
