YOUR IMPACT: The Customer Service Team functions as an integral part of the Mattel global supply chain by ensuring orders are managed with speed and accuracy from receipt to shipment

This is a temporary position that will last approximately 8 months or less. This is not a temporary to permanent role currently.

DESCRIPTION:
• Serve as Primary contact for retailer accounts and Sales Managers in all communications.
• Process account purchase orders from receipt to shipment to ensure accurate, timely and economical shipments.
