Summary:
Customer Service Representatives will deliver world class customer service via phone and e-mail, to our existing and future customer base. They will ensure that all purchase orders received from customers are processed on the same day that they are received. They are also responsible for providing timely responses to inquiries from customers both internal and external. Deliver excellent customer service while increasing customer satisfaction, enhancing relationships and delivering expert problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process and analyze large quantities of customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently within 24 hours of receipt and check for completeness of data
