Qualifications:
- Preferably a BS Accountancy undergraduate or any related course
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Cashiering, Customer Service, or related roles related
- Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Pleasing personality with outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision
Key Qualifications:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area and report to work on time.
- Provide excellent customer service: assist patients, respond to inquiries, and handle concerns professionally.
- Process payments accurately, issue official receipts, and prepare daily collection reports.
- Verify, update, and manage patient records, lab results, and other important documents.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily and monthly cash collections, PF, and KPIs of supplies.
