Your responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality phone support to our French-speaking customers.


• Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.


• Handle customer requests in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, etc.).


• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in French (minimum C1 level – required). English is a plus.
