E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a full-time role based in our Bagong Ilog, Pasig City office.

What you'll be doing

1. Answering inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
3. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
6. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience
