Customer Service Representative

Etchips is an official online service platform and official authorized distributor for passive component brands such as Abracon, Vishay and Mercury.

Role Description:

The role includes providing pre and post-sales support, preparing quotations, and following up on sales enquiries. The role also involves conducting sales visits, building strong customer relationships, and supporting marketing activities such as conferences and other promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the semiconductor field
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin fluently
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Proficient in using computer software e.g. Microsoft Office
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
