Location:  Umhlanga, South Africa (On-Site)

Work Schedule:  24/7 rotating shifts 
About the Role We are seeking German + English speaking Customer Service Representatives  to support our online retail client. You will be the first contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German and English  
Provide accurate information on products, orders, and services 
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently 
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 
Work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotating shift environment
