Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

• Gather data to update and supply monthly data required for regional Demand Value Added Forecasting process including:
• Lead the Demand Planning Cycle by reviewing and pressure testing value added demand forecast with regional leaders and attend their confirmation
• Consolidate and input value added forecast into M2M
• Prepare presentation for the Demand review addressing all gaps to previous forecasts
• Attain approval of demand and gap closing plan
• Review approved demand plan and recommended actions with the Materials Manager // Planners.
