This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based in Budapest, Hungary.

+ Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and digital platforms.

+ Provide timely and professional responses to enquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

+ Prepare quotations, track offers and follow up on interactions to maximize opportunities.
