Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first line of contact for our external customers to ensure the success of every sale. Attention to detail is critical as you’ll be responsible for accurately inputting orders, sourcing to multiple manufacturing and fulfillment centers. You will own that order until it ships from the facility and will be working directly with many cross functional teams such as Supply Chain, Operations and Shipping departments to ensure on‑time delivery for your assigned accounts. You will directly manage an account load of customers and partner with our outside sales team for success. You will be empowered to proactively deal with customer service–related problems and implement corrective action plans when needed.
