Job Description

Ensure patients have active and eligible insurance coverage prior to visits to prevent billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and network status
• Track and request authorizations
• Contact patients for updated insurance information
• Maintain inactive insurance checklists
• Document results in EHR/EMR systems

Qualifications

• Insurance verification or healthcare admin experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Familiar with payer portals and EHR systems
• HIPAA training required (or willingness to complete upon hire)
• Non-clinical role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
