WPSI is hiring a Customer Service Representative Join our dynamic Commercial/Customer Service Department where you will serve as the heartbeat of our Container Liner Agency Division.

What You'll Be Doing (The Role)

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing accurate information on our Container Liner Agency services with a professional and helpful demeanor.
• Import Shipment Processing: Take charge of the import cycle by promptly sending arrival notices to consignees and ensuring 100% confirmation of receipt to keep the supply chain moving.
• Booking & Coordination: Accurately capture booking details from shippers and coordinate special requirements across our logistics, operations, and billing teams to ensure seamless cargo handling.
