Description
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Tokyo Office. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning, this roll will support the Teledyne Machine Vision Camera Group’s Asia customers and sales team.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and validate incoming customer orders for completeness and accuracy
Process and assist with sales orders, RMAs, and new customer applications
Perform customer screening in support of Trade Compliance requirements
Coordinate Export Permit applications between our customers and the Global Trade Compliance Team
Review, action, and respond to customer service requests from customers including the status and schedule of orders and repairs
Generate backlog and sales reporting
