What You’ll Do
Provide online consultation and support , ensuring customers receive accurate and helpful information.
Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Communicate fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese to connect with clients.
Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and a pleasant voice.
Stay social media savvy while multitasking and managing priorities.
Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless customer support.
What We’re Looking For
SPM graduates with at least 1 year of experience in insurance or call centers.
Diploma/Degree fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Strong service orientation and eagerness to pick up new products.
Basic computer skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
