Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
About the Role / 岗位介绍:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. You will play a key role in maintaining user satisfaction and engagement across multiple platforms, particularly with our Chinese-speaking VIP users.

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责:
Provide timely support to customers via chat, email, social media, and phone, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.

Re-engage inactive users and encourage participation on the platform.
引导流失用户回归平台并重新参与互动。
Monitor and enhance overall user activity and engagement metrics.
