Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) or currently enrolled in the 4th semester
6 months to 1 year of professional experience in any field
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
Basic proficiency with digital tools and systems
Prior experience in BPO or customer service will be considered an advantage
