We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is fluent in English and has prior call center experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Previous call center experience is mandatory
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
Qualification should be Bacholers
