Customer Service Representative

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant for a Pediatric clinic in the United States.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound patient calls, schedule appointments, and update patient contact details.
Manage patient records using Office Practicum (EHR):
Attach incoming faxes/documents to charts and assign to providers.
Verify insurance information and run eligibility checks.
Document and track all patient communications.
Handle Gap in Care lists by coordinating with providers and scheduling follow-ups.
Communicate with staff via EHR instant messaging and manage assigned tasks.
Ensure professional, patient-centered communication in line with clinic culture.
Requirements
Experience with EHR systems (Office Practicum or similar like eClinicalWorks preferred).
Strong communication skills (phone & written).
Quiet, professional work environment.
Ability to handle 50+ calls/day with patience and professionalism.
