Job Description

We are looking for
a highly reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our US-based eCommerce operations. This role will handle live chat, phone calls, and email tickets while ensuring every customer receives fast, accurate, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage live chat support across multiple platforms
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to and manage email support tickets
  • Resolve order-related issues including delays, cancellations, wrong items, and replacements
  • Process and explain refunds, returns, and chargebacks
  • Track shipments via USPS, FedEx, and UPS
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
