Job Description
We are looking for
a highly reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our US-based eCommerce operations. This role will handle live chat, phone calls, and email tickets while ensuring every customer receives fast, accurate, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage live chat support across multiple platforms
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to and manage email support tickets
- Resolve order-related issues including delays, cancellations, wrong items, and replacements
- Process and explain refunds, returns, and chargebacks
- Track shipments via USPS, FedEx, and UPS
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records inside CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
