Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage telematics activations for customers, including issue resolution and communications
- Record customer information/cases in CRM (customer relationship management database)
- Supplies feedback and technical aid to various customer inquiries and issues, including live customer demos, telemetry device/reporting troubleshooting, etc.
- Support monthly reporting and customer adoption activities
- Coordination with intercompany departments to resolve customer inquiries
- Respond to sales inquiries and requests
- Find, address, and escalate issues
- Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall goal of the position
Qualifications:
- Basic Qualifications_
- Two years customer service or equivalent experience
- Call Center experience an asset
