Our Customer Service team is growing!
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to help us manage and support client accounts across different regions, ensuring smooth handling of orders, customer data, shipments, and queries.

If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values collaboration across teams — this role is for you.

Main tasks:
Receive and process customer orders

Update and maintain customer data

Respond to customer queries and solve problems

Collaborate with teams such as Commercial, Supply Chain, and Logistics

Support customers from other regions when needed

Join customer meetings and help with complaints or disputes

Keep documents and records organized

Assist with forecasting, deliveries, invoicing, and system updates
