Customer Service Representative

About this role 

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and inspiring Customer Service Representatives (full-time (40 hours p/w)) to join our small and vibrant Contact Centre on a fixed term contract – until June 2027.

Our contact centre is open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, and works out of our lovely building in Laings Road, Lower Hutt, close to cafes and Queensgate.

What you'll do

You'll be on the front line and often the first point of contact for our customers via various channels including phone, email and face to face.

No two days are the same, you'll receive a real variety of requests, questions and feedback from a diverse range of people.
