About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative (Pure Non-Voice) - Online Process position based in Lubao Pampanga at CAREPLUS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC'. In this role, you will be providing high-quality customer service through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and other digital channels
2. Providing information about products and services and assisting customers with placing orders or making changes to existing accounts
3. Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
4. Proactively identifying ways to improve the customer experience and making recommendations to management
