Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our Healthcare Account as Customer Service Representatives. The role is responsible for delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions related to healthcare benefits, coverage, and claims
• Provide clear, accurate, and professional communication at all times
• Document customer interactions in the system in accordance with company guidelines
• Meet established productivity, quality, and compliance standards
