Customer Service Representative

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

1. Day to day focus in assisting sales and paralegal teams with tasks relating

to the advancement of a prospective customer into an actual client.

1. Communicate and resolve significant customer concerns.

2. Provide excellent client service by taking inbound calls.

3. Work with team members to reach sales goals.

4. Maintain and update knowledge of the business' product

offering as well as competitors offerings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 2 years' experience as CSR
• Must be a bachelor's degree graduate of any course
• With excellent communication skills
• Must have Australian BPO experience
• Tech Savvy
• Can start ASAP
